Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborative Classroom Support: Work closely with classroom teachers to develop and implement engaging lessons, ensuring students remain focused and motivated.
  2. Targeted Individual Support: Provide specialized assistance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), promoting inclusivity in all activities.
  3. Safeguarding and Well-being: Uphold the school's safeguarding policies to ensure the well-being and safety of all students.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualifications: Holding a valid Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 3) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 weeks working with children in a UK school setting.
  • Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to apply for one.
