The Learning and Development Assistant will work closely with students who require additional support due to Autism Spectrum Disorder or related traits. This role involves creating a supportive environment that enables students to thrive academically and socially. Key responsibilities include teaching essential life skills and academic basics, as well as developing activities to foster a sense of community among peers.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working with children and young people, particularly those with diverse needs.
  • A strong commitment to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment.
