We are looking for an empathetic and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at The Beeches residential care facility in East Harling.
As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, supporting them with their daily needs and helping them to maintain their dignity and independence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and support to residents, including assisting with personal care and activities.
- Develop positive relationships with residents, family members, and colleagues.
