Talent Acquisition and HR Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions across Luminous.

You will work closely with the HR Manager and Senior Leadership team to understand recruitment needs and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment and looking to grow their career in talent acquisition and develop new skills in HR.

You will have a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment and provide administrative support for the HR Manager across various HR functions, including employee records management and HR compliance.

Talent Acquisition:
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, online job boards, and social media.
  • Create, maintain, and update an applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Support the HR and Office Manager with onboarding processes for new hires.

Collaborate with members of the Senior Leadership team to understand their team's needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.

Human Resources Support:
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR function and provide ongoing support for the HR Manager.
  • Coordinate HR projects, including meetings, training, and surveys.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by uploading payslips on our HRIS.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports by collecting relevant data.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Previous experience in a Junior Talent Acquisition or administrative assistant role is desired but not essential. A Bachelor's degree is also desired but not essential.
