Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Leon Cycle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all positions within EU/UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, screening calls, and interviews.
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates, including social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs.
  • Work with HRD to plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy for EU/UK.
  • Coordinate and create schedules for 1:1 meetings and other pertinent training sessions.
  • Generate monthly updates for company's leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
  • Research compensation benchmark with relevant companies and industries to ensure our company remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • Previous working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter for 1-2 years.
  • Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
