**Job Summary**
As a Media Coordinator, you will support the Head of Communications and the Commercial Manager in the efficient and high-quality delivery of PR and commercial campaigns for our clients. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for golf and a desire to build a career in the industry. Your role will involve assisting in various aspects of campaign management, ensuring that client projects are executed to the highest standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist the Head of Communications in the development and execution of PR strategies aligned with client objectives.
* Support in drafting and distributing press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials.
* Help maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers within the golf industry.
* Monitor media coverage and prepare reports and insights for client review.
* Support the development and execution of advertising campaigns, including digital, print, and broadcast channels.
* Assist in the creation of advertising briefs and liaise with creative teams to ensure the delivery of compelling and effective advertisements.
* Coordinate with media buyers and planners to ensure accurate placement and scheduling of ads.
* Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns, gathering data and insights to inform future strategies.
* Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all advertising activities align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
* Provide administrative and organisational support to ensure the timely delivery of client projects.
* Assist in preparing campaign ideas, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
**Requirements**
* Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
* Basic understanding of media platforms and a willingness to learn management tools and analytics.
* A creative thinker with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
