About the Role

We are recruiting for an Ambulance Assistant Coordinator to support our Patient Transport Services in Oxford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation services, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high-quality patient care.

This is a full-time role that includes weekend work and shifts varying from 0500 to 0100.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient transport services, including scheduling and dispatch.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development of patient-centered care initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
