Senior Care Assistant Job Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Oxford, Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in social care and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with the Deputy General Manager to lead and guide a team of dedicated Care Assistants. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating care activities, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring the highest standards of care and compassion are delivered to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate care activities
- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication management and care planning
- Ensure the highest standards of care and compassion are delivered to residents
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably with elderly residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
