We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Recruitment & Payroll Administrator. This is a temporary but ongoing position, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process online applications and manage payroll
  • Answer recruitment calls, screen, process, and onboard candidates
  • Conduct site inductions and ensure all applications have necessary right to work documentation
  • Ensure payroll is completed each week

Requirements:

  • Admin experience is a must
  • Recruitment and payroll experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage day-to-day challenges

Working Hours: 8am – 4.30pm with some flexibility needed in line with client demands.
