We are seeking a warm, motivated, and person-centred Relief Support Worker to provide personalised care and support to adults with learning disabilities. As a Relief Support Worker, you will work in the principle of Creative Support, promoting active and independent lifestyles for the adults you support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing respectful care and practical support to service users
- Maximising social opportunities and community engagement
- Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
- Collaborating with colleagues, families, and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service
