About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Priory Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to live as independently as possible.
- Help set and achieve personal goals, ensuring individuals progress at their own pace.
- Encourage socialisation and engagement in activities that promote personal growth.
- Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Build relationships and liaise with external specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
About You
We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, and understands the importance of a person-centred approach. You should be enthusiastic, resilient, and have excellent communication skills. If you are eager to learn and develop your skills, we want to hear from you.
