We are committed to helping individuals with a wide range of needs to live independent and fulfilling lives. Our services ensure that the people we support enjoy opportunities for personal development and engagement within their local communities.

As a Relief Support Worker, you will work with older adults to promote healthy living and independence. Your duties will include:

  • Providing respectful personal care and emotional support
  • Working closely with service users to ensure they retain their independence for as long as possible
  • Advising and supporting service users in all aspects of managing their tenancy and maintaining the safety, hygiene, and comfort of their home
  • Supporting service users in accessing social and leisure activities
  • Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Collaborating with service users, families, carers, and involved professionals to ensure our services are consistent, coordinated, and maximise outcomes for service users

This is a Relief Support Worker position that enables you to pick up shifts at a time that suits you. Previous experience within a care role is an essential requirement for this position. Successful applicants must attend mandatory induction training courses to begin this role.

As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service and shifts, including directions. You will be paid weekly.
