About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Conrad London St James, a luxury hotel and part of the Hilton Hotels brand.

As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. Your primary duties will include:

  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Coordinate seating for customers
  • Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
  • Manage table set-ups
  • Able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference and Events
  • Follow cash handling procedures
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards
  • Strive to achieve departmental targets
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.50, plus an expected average annual service charge between £5,000 - £6,000. We also offer a global travel program for team members, meals whilst on duty, and the opportunity to be part of a fabulous team.

Travel and Location

Our hotel is conveniently located near several major transportation hubs, including St James Park Tube Station, Westminster Tube Station, Victoria Station, and Waterloo Station.
