About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Conrad London St James, a luxury hotel and part of the Hilton Hotels brand.

As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This will involve welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner, coordinating seating, up-selling with latest departmental incentives, managing table set-ups, and following cash handling procedures.

You will also be responsible for managing guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance of brand standards, and striving to achieve departmental targets. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure the cleanliness of work areas and be able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage, including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service, and Conference and Events.
