About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Michelin Star Restaurant Host/Hostess at Wild Honey St James. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visit to our restaurant is unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take bookings and manage reservations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure that all guest requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize our systems to maximize bookings, create a database of regular patrons, and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with the restaurant management to promote special offers and ensure they are effectively advertised on our website.
