Financial Controller Opportunity at Mundipharma

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Mundipharma. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the company maintains the highest degree of financial integrity and control in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with the regional GM on commercial initiatives, including tenders, volume/cost/price analysis for new customers, and strategic requirements.
  2. Guide and coordinate the external audit processes, ensuring alignment with auditors, Finance Share Service FSSC, and other stakeholders.
  3. Review monthly accounts prepared by the FSSC, ensuring full alignment with the FND submission and inter-company balances.
  4. Coordinate forecasts and budgets for balance sheet, cash flow, and certain P&L areas, including insurance, restructure, bank charges, interest, property, and tax.
  5. Partner effectively with stakeholders, including non-Finance, GFLT, FSSC, and colleagues internationally.
Requirements:
  1. Significant post-qualification experience in Financial Controlling roles.
  2. Experience working within a reputable audit company.
  3. Previous people leadership experience with a track record of maximizing individual and team performance.
  4. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a comparable education.
  5. Highly effective communicator, both in writing and face-to-face.
  6. Strong project management skills.
