We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at WCS Group. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial performance of the Water Division, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to our business leaders, including financial analysis and modeling.
  • Lead and manage a team of financial analysts and accountants, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA) with 5 years of management accounting experience.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on coaching and development.
