About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our Finance team at Arrow Financial Business. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar accounting role, with a strong background in business partnering and financial reporting. You will be responsible for producing financial reports, including costings, forecasts, and budgeting, as well as supporting the management team with financial analysis and decision-making.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the finance and payroll processes, including balance sheet reconciliations, inventory, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Producing financial reports, including costings, forecasts, and budgeting.
  • Supporting the management team with financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Implementing and enhancing controls for SOX, UK GAAP, and tax compliance.
  • Managing fixed assets, capex processing, and compliance with policy.
  • Maintaining customer master files, including credit approvals.
  • Producing VAT, CIS tax, and duty returns, and associated reporting.
