We are seeking a skilled Client Accountant to join our team at i2i Recruitment Consultancy. As a Client Accountant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their financial needs, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, and providing exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client accounts, including receipt processing, invoice management, and payment processing.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient processes and excellent service delivery.
- Produce detailed client statements, ad-hoc reports, and manage VAT returns.
- Maintain up-to-date records for clients, tenants, and creditors.
- Experience in a finance team within the property management sector.
- Familiarity with property management accounting systems such as Tramps, Yardi, Propman, or similar platforms.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills to navigate spreadsheets and produce reports with ease.
- AAT Level 3 qualification (or higher), or currently studying towards it.
- A close-knit, supportive team environment where you can develop new skills and adapt to changing environments.
