Job Title: Finance Accounts Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Accounts Clerk to join our team at People Squad. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for assisting with financial and accounting activities, including purchase ledger and general ledger tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase invoices through SAP and ensure accurate logging and approval.
  • Reconcile purchase ledger control accounts and prepare payment runs with proper authorization.
  • Manage the Approval for Commitment (AFC) process and log all AFCs for completion.
  • Prepare accruals and prepayments, assist with month-end reporting and close, and post authorized general ledger journals.
  • Perform monthly inventory and consignment stock reconciliations, P&L variance analysis, nominal ledger reconciliations, and landed costs reconciliations.
  • Update landed cost sheets for incoming stock and process on SAP.
  • Post purchase ledger payments and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare Intrastat and EU Sales for the Netherlands and Czech Republic, and assist with job share payroll responsibilities.
