Job Title: Finance Accounts Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Accounts Clerk to join our team at People Squad. As a Finance Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with financial and accounting functions, including purchase ledger and general ledger activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all invoices are logged and approved appropriately.
  • Process purchase invoices through SAP.
  • Check and update supplier statements monthly.
  • Reconcile purchase ledger control accounts.
  • Prepare payment runs ensuring correct authorization of all invoices.
  • Manage the Approval for Commitment (AFC) process.
  • Prepare accruals and prepayments.
  • Assist with month-end reporting and close.
  • Prepare and post authorized month-end general ledger journals.
  • Monthly inventory and consignment stock reconciliations.
  • P&L variance analysis.
  • Nominal ledger reconciliations.
  • Landed costs reconciliations.
  • Update landed cost sheets for incoming stock and process on SAP.
  • Post purchase ledger payments.
  • Bank reconciliations.

  • Timely management and planning to ensure all projects are delivered on time.
