Sleep Disorder Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sleep Disorder Specialist to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our Respiratory Service, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients suffering from sleep disorders.
As a Sleep Disorder Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting sleep diagnostics and CPAP clinics at our hospitals, ensuring the highest standards of infection control and patient care. You will work closely with our sleep specialists to support adults suffering from potential sleep disorders, performing clinical observations and taking bloods as required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting sleep diagnostics and CPAP clinics
- Managing equipment and ensuring infection control procedures
- Communicating effectively with patients and healthcare teams
- Participating in research projects and contributing to the development of self and others
