Role Overview:

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by efficiently managing the booking of Sales Orders into our ERP system. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach, be comfortable with physical tasks, and possess a good understanding of warehouse operations and computer literacy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Booking Sales Orders into the ERP system, Cin7.
  • Preparing Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists.
  • Gathering and updating customers' data.
  • Assisting the warehouse operation with picking and packing duties when required.
  • Scheduling and booking courier collections via internal E-portal.
  • Monitoring retail orders via EDI.
  • Liaising with local and international customers.
  • Performing picking and packing duties accurately to meet customer demands.
  • Operating the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Assisting in shipping and receiving processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse administration environment.
  • Proficient in using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Experience with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to details to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Salary: £37,500 - £47,500 per annum, depending on experience.
