Kitchen Team Leader Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Food Preparation Coordinator to lead our kitchen team at HAMILTON MAYDAY. As an Airport Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standard and meeting the needs of our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and safety, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train junior staff. You will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the Sous Chef, other kitchen staff, and external suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standard
  • Manage inventory and ordering supplies
  • Train and supervise junior staff
  • Maintain accurate records of food preparation and safety

Compensation Package:

  • A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
