Overview

Spicerhaart is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager in Cambridge. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property inspections and negotiate tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Process deposit returns and resolve rental arrears
  • Ensure properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Manage complaints and complete check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

Training and Development

As a Trainee Property Manager, you will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions. You will also have the opportunity to earn a nationally recognised qualification within the property industry, including ARLA membership.
