Job Summary

Spicerhaart is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Trainee Property Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient communication with landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct property inspections, negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals, and coordinate with contractors to resolve maintenance and repair issues.
  • Process deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, and process eviction requests in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards and maintain accurate records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
