About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager in Cambridge. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will play a key role in the management of our properties, working closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections to ensure properties meet regulatory health and safety standards
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals to maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
  • Ensuring deposit returns and resolving rental arrears in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing eviction requests and managing complaints in accordance with company policies
  • Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

What You'll Get
