Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Adult and Community Skills Coach to join our team at Enable Scotland. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering life skills training to individuals across Stirling and Forth Valley.
Key Responsibilities
- To design and deliver engaging life skills training programmes, tailored to meet the needs of each individual.
- To work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, demonstrating commitment to quality and excellence.
Requirements
- A degree in adult education, community development, or a related field.
- Significant experience working with vulnerable adults, particularly those with learning disabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
