About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adult Skills Development Coach to join our team at Enable Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating learning opportunities that empower individuals with learning disabilities to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social interaction and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective strategies for client engagement and retention.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in adult education or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
