About the Position

We are recruiting for an Adult and Community Skills Coach to join our vibrant team at Enable Scotland. As a key player in our organisation, you will contribute to delivering exceptional life skills training to individuals across Stirling and Forth Valley.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement effective life skills training strategies, catering to diverse needs and abilities.
  • To collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • To participate in ongoing evaluation and improvement initiatives, driving quality and excellence.

Requirements

  • A postgraduate degree in adult education, community development, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience working with vulnerable adults, particularly those with learning disabilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

  • A salary of £28,961 per annum, plus additional on-call payment.
