For us, our five values frame our interactions and set standards both internally and externally - they are the building blocks on how we do business.

In other words, if you have a true passion for working with and helping others, Triage could be the employer for you.

Your role.

We are very pleased to confirm that we have been successful in winning places on various funder frameworks, meaning some programmes we will be delivering could be short term, as and when required or ongoing and require quick implementation.

We are therefore looking for Associate Trainers/Tutors to join us on an “as and when required” basis to support some of these programmes. If you are successful, we would jointly agree the locations and types of programmes/courses you would like to support. This would include a review of your availability and preferred hours.

We are currently seeking experienced Trainers to deliver a suite of development courses, assisting individuals to improve specific skills and move them closer to their personal goals, and/or closer and into employment.

This is purely a training delivery role and writing training will not be required.

Quality and Continuous Improvement

All our contracts are commissioner/ funder led, meaning we must adhere to strict quality and compliance regimes. You will therefore have a keen eye for detail with excellent administrative skills. Evaluation of your courses will be essential in ensuring these are adding value to our participant group and supporting them to move forward towards their personal goal(s). You will also have a continuous improvement mindset, striving for excellence and taking pride in the work you and your fellow colleagues deliver. Sharing ideas and best practice will come naturally to you as will taking on additional or different tasks to get the job done to the highest of standards.
