About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Nilfisk Group. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our strategic customers across various segments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Pursue sales leads and visit existing customers to assess their needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
    • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships and generate future sales.
  • Account Management
    • Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients.
    • Support large customers on a local level with support from Direct Sales Managers.
  • Communication and Relationship Building
    • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities to meet targets.
    • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Make offers, update digital customer files, and provide weekly information about pipeline.
