Reservations Team Coordinator

In this exciting new opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in our business as a Central Reservations Co-ordinator. You will be the main point of contact for our guests, often being the first contact they have with our brands. We are looking for a friendly and confident individual with great email writing skills and the ability to manage workload and enquiries across all channels and platforms.
You will accurately input booking and guest data and information into our systems while conversing with the guest to find out key details of their reservations, build rapport, make recommendations and ensure they have the best possible experience.
We are seeking someone skilled at building relationships with guests and able to handle feedback with empathy and professionalism. As part of our team, you will work closely with site teams, especially Reception Managers, to deliver an exceptional guest journey.

Role Specifications:
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 40 hours per week, including weekends and some mid-week shifts during busy periods. The salary for this role is £13 per hour, and you will work from our Head Office in Bank, London.
