Individualised Learning Support Specialist

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths and English Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each pupil. This may involve developing strategies to improve literacy and numeracy skills, as well as providing emotional support to help pupils build confidence and self-esteem.

- Monitor pupil progress and adjust your teaching methods accordingly
