Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teachers to implement effective lesson plans and strategies.
  • Provide emotional and pastoral support to pupils, promoting social, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
  • Assist with developing positive relationships between pupils, parents, and staff members.

Requirements

  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in SEN education or a related field.
  • Demonstrable expertise in supporting learners with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
