Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Teesside Region
Salary: £1,520 - £1,720 per month (dependent on experience and/or qualifications)
The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Assistant to provide essential support to students with Special Educational Needs within our SEND Primary School. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care and hygiene, administering medications, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
You will collaborate closely with teachers to implement behavior management strategies and contribute to maintaining accurate records. Your empathy, effective communication, and adaptability will be crucial in fostering student well-being and academic progress.
Requirements- Relevant experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults
- Resilience to meet demands of a special school setting
- Understanding of the needs of students with learning difficulties
- Reliability in attendance and punctuality
- Excellent daily rates paid through PAYE
- Guaranteed pay scheme (subject to availability)
