Job Description:
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education and support to our students. You will be responsible for supporting pupils inside and outside the classroom, helping them to increase their confidence and self-esteem, and agreeing and writing action plans to deal with problems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing academic, emotional, and pastoral support to pupils.
- Developing positive relationships with staff and pupils.
- Managing challenging behaviour in a positive and proactive manner.
Key Requirements:
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality education and support to our students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Salary Details: £96,000 per year, plus referral scheme - Receive up to £250 when you refer a friend.*Terms and Conditions apply.*
