Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Professional to join our team at Empowering Learning. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with complex needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the lives and future potential of many children. You will work closely with teachers to ensure children receive the best possible educational experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils inside and outside the classroom to increase their confidence and self-esteem.
  • Agreeing and writing action plans to deal with problems.

Key Requirements:

  • A creative approach to teaching and providing academic, emotional, and pastoral support to pupils.
  • Demonstrate outstanding behaviour and classroom management skills and develop positive relationships with staff and pupils.
  • Be committed, dedicated, and resilient, understanding the reasons behind challenging behaviour and de-escalating situations proactively.

Salary Details: £96,000 per year, plus referral scheme - Receive up to £250 when you refer a friend.*Terms and Conditions apply.*
