Teacher Assistant for SEN Students

Our Guaranteed Work Scheme provides educators with a guaranteed income, while retaining the flexibility of supply work. Once you have registered with us and built up good feedback in our client schools, we will discuss how many days you can commit to being free for supply work.
Job RequirementsTo be eligible for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN.
- A compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine commitment to supporting the learning and well-being of SEN students.
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including guaranteed work contracts, minimal payroll administration, and access to our Guaranteed Work Scheme.
