We are looking for an experienced and passionate Learning Assistant to join our team in Bishop Auckland. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Support teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons, catering to the diverse needs of our students.
- Assist with classroom management, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with special educational needs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3) or equivalent experience in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for supporting young learners and contributing to their academic success.
We offer a competitive salary range of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional development and career growth.
