This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Support Worker at Thornfield Grange, a specialist residential service with nursing for adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
Based in Bishop Auckland, County Durham, we support individuals who have behaviours that may challenge, as well as those who have significant difficulties with social engagement.
You will be working 42 hours a week, with shift hours from 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am. This provides you with flexibility and the opportunity to plan a positive work-life balance.
Due to a genuine contractual need, we are looking for drivers with a clean full UK driving licence of at least two years for this vacancy.
The successful candidate will undergo an enhanced DBS check and be required to refer to the job description above.
Salary Range: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical and welfare needs
- Report on medical and welfare needs as required
