Caregiving is a profession that requires empathy, compassion, and kindness. As a Support Worker at HC-One, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents, particularly during night shifts. Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents with their physical, emotional, and social needs, including personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is desirable but not mandatory. What is essential, however, is a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to respecting the dignity and autonomy of our residents.

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with a Registered Nurse to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident. You will also participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, First Aid, and Mental Health Awareness.

HC-One is committed to creating a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and open communication. Our company values, known as 'Kindness the HC-One Way,' emphasize the importance of being curious, compassionate, creative, and courageous in everything we do.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of £18,500-£20,000 per annum, paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, and access to a range of discounts and rewards through our Colleague Discount Scheme. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and committed to making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
