Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking a Home Care Support Worker to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will also possess a caring and compassionate nature, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Supporting clients with medication management and administration
- Engaging in social activities and outings with clients to promote their well-being and quality of life
We offer a competitive salary of £11.85 per hour, plus 40p mileage, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to start or advance their career in the healthcare sector.
