Job Title: Care Home Lead
About the Role: As a Care Home Lead at Exemplar Health Care Careers, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care for our residents. You will work closely with our Nurse in Charge to lead a small Care Team and ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the Nurse in Charge in leading the Care Team
- To support the delivery of person-centred care to our residents
- To maintain accurate records and reports as required

- A competitive salary of £48,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on experience
