At Four Seasons Health Care Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barrington Lodge Care Home in Bishop Auckland. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care and will be passionate about delivering exceptional care. They will be responsible for supporting the running of the overall care team, leading by example, and creating a welcoming environment for residents and their families.
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as various benefits, including free meals, access to excellent training, discounts, and benefits suited to your lifestyle, free onsite parking, and a NEST workplace pension contributions.
