You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality standard of care, providing support and guidance to the care team, and promoting high standards of care.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and be passionate about delivering exceptional care. A minimum of NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care is required, as well as previous experience working in a healthcare environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £19,500 - £21,500 per annum, depending on experience, as well as various benefits, including free meals, access to excellent training, discounts, and benefits suited to your lifestyle, free onsite parking, and a NEST workplace pension contributions.
