We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as our Registered Children's Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff at one of our children's homes in Durham, providing high-quality care, welfare, and protection for children aged 12-17 with backgrounds of CSE, CCE, and EBD.

Job Summary
  • About the Role:
    • The post holder will manage a multi-building registration and lead a team of staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
    • The post holder will support the physical, psychological, emotional, and social development of children in their care.
    • The post holder will mentor residential support workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
    • The post holder will ensure compliance with Children's Homes regulations and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • About You:
    • You will have a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People) or equivalent experience.
    • You will have at least 3 years' experience working in a children's residential home and 1 year at a senior level.
    • You will have a full UK driving licence.
