Job Description

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a care setting, preferably as a Senior Support Worker or equivalent role. You will be responsible for leading a team of carers, planning and implementing care plans, and ensuring that our residents' physical and emotional needs are met.

You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, including medication management and risk assessments. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
