We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
About the Role- Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain high standards of care
- Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager with physical and mental stimulation activities
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Get to know residents and their families and implement personalized care plans
- A competitive salary of £26,790 - £31,100 per annum, depending on experience
