Adult Care Professional

At HC One, we are committed to delivering high-quality care to our residents. As an Adult Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring their security, dignity, and independence.
As a key member of our night shift team, you will get to know our residents and their families, implementing personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining high standards of care and influencing the rest of the team.
Key responsibilities include assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager with physical and mental stimulation activities, administering medication, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
